The rest of the house is finished with laminate flooring and has a great room full of windows, the kitchen has all brand new stainless steel appliances, and basement laundry.
The main floor is furnished, but you will need to furnish the bedroom.
Possession is April 1 2012, Rent is 800$, and security deposit is 500$ however please feel free to make any reasonable offer.
Rent includes: Cable, Internet and Utilities (water, heat, electricity).
Please be aware I do have 1 dog that is very gentle around all people. Other animals cannot be accepted due to condo board rules.
