Blue Water Beach Pearl Cottage is nestled between the energy and vitality of Wasaga Beach and the ski slopes of Collingwood. Within of few moments of your own privacy, you will find traditional storefronts and fine dining of Blue Mountain and historic Collingwood, and the charming boardwalks, parks and miles of beaches in Wasaga. This is a perfect cottage for any season of the year. You can have a fire in the outside fire pit, play tennis in the nearby tennis court. Swimming is great in the summer and there are many activities and events to enjoy throughout the year. Just some of the nearby area attractions include: Awenda Park, Scenic Caves, Horse Riding, Horseshoe Pits, Rounds Ranch, Downhill Skiing, Cross Country, Skating, Snow Tubing, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Toboggan Hill, Hiking, Cinema, Drive-In Movies, Elmvale Zoo, Penetanguishene Cruises, Backwater Fishing Charters, Wye Marsh, Birds Watching, Martyrs\' Shrine, Sainte Marie Among the Huron, Discovery Harbour, Castle Village, Golf Course, Wasaga Waterworld, Wasaga Paintball, Balm Beach Go Carts and Arcade, and many shopping and restaurants within 10 - 15 minutes driving time The cottage is winterized and can be rented by snowmobilers and skiers looking for a private getaway. There are three bedrooms in the house. Two bedrooms have double bed and master bedroom has queen size bed. There is also sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own closet (double closet in MB). The kitchen and living room are open concept and exit onto a big Patio at the back of the cottage (smaller size deck in front of the cottage). All pots and pans and all the rest you need in the kitchen is there. Fridge and Dishwasher, Microwave, Bread Toaster/Grill, Oven, Coffee Maker too. There is patio furniture on the patio. The living room is quite big and it has conventional (wood) Fire Place. Right at the back entrance there is Powder Room: sink and toilet plus Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Cottage has one full bathroom with the shower in the bathtub (jucuzzi), sink, toilet. The flat screen TV is in the living room (lots of movies) plus DVD, VCR, Stereo, Books and Board Games. Gas B-bq is located on the back deck. The cottage is surrounded by flowers, grassy area (for your yard games), bocco court, water fountains, playground and trees. This cottage is not waterfront property - walking distance to the beautiful sandy beach with boardwalks and view points and sand dunes.
