One room is available in a house with three quiet, respectful female StFX students. Ideally would like to sublet from July 1 2016-May 1 2017, but August 1-May 1 or September 1-May 1 can also be possible. About a 15 minute walk from campus, but two of the girls have cars so carpooling for gas money can be arranged. Everything is included except wifi. House is partially furnished (dining room set is there and there will be a living room set soon. I will leave my desk and full length mirror and garbage can in the bedroom if you wish.)
