One bedroom in a three bedroom apartment with two friendly, quiet roommates available May 1st at Beechwood and Springfield. We are right across from the Metro and behind the Second Cup.
We are 27 and 23 male and working individuals (I\'m in the military and he\'s a fireplace electrician.) We work regular weekday hours (8am - 4pm) and would prefer a mature student or a young professional. It is a 15 min bus ride to OttawaU.
Rent is $500 which includes internet, hydro, heat, as well as washer and dryer. There is a deposit of $425 required.
