I would like rent a room from the 1st May to the 31 August and more if you want (one year).
It’s very next to the University of Ottawa : 5min by foot. You can find also two big shops for the food (5 min by foot).
The address is 161 Daly avenue Ottawa. It’s next to Rideau center: a very big mall for all sort of shopping (gifts, clothes, phone, etc.).
The room is a part of a big house for the students. There are 15 rooms.
The house is quiet and we don’t hear cars.
The room is big about 20-25 m2. There are two windows.
You have : a washbasin, a little cupboard with a mirror, another big mirror, a bedside table, a bed (queen size), a desk, an armchair.
With this room you have also a big closet about 7m2 with many storage spaces.
There are a kitchen, a bathroom and restroom that you will share with only one person.
If you want, you can eat in the common large kitchen.
The rent is 705$/month all taxes included (electricity, water, internet, cleaning lady (twice a month) for the common parts, etc.).
If you don’t need furniture (desk, bed, armchair, etc.) the rent is 680$/mois.
